The Memorial Glass product ordering process is very simple.

There are just three steps:

Step 1: Ordering Pack

If you wish to place an order or if you simply wish some further information, please call Margaret on 0141 812 4491 or complete the form below and we will send you a pack.

Your pack will contain:

- An order form to choose your memorial and your personalised engraving.

- A small bag and spoon for your Loved One’s ashes (you’ll need 1 spoonful for each memorial you order).

- A ring-sizer which measures the size of your finger to make sure your memorial ring fits you perfectly.

- A return envelope. Just place your order form and your loved one’s ashes in it, add a stamp, then pop it in the post.

 
Step 2: Send your order

Return the order form to us together with one spoonful of the ashes per item in the return envelope. You do not have to pay at this point.


Step 3: Pay and receive your order

The process takes between 4 - 6 weeks. When your items are ready we'll call you for payment and then send your memorials straight away by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
